Nisha Binish

Nisha Binish is currently a Human Resources Delivery Manager at IBM, having transitioned into this role after serving as a Manager of Talent Shared Services at EY from 2017 to 2021. Before joining EY, Nisha worked as an Executive in HR at CGS and as an HR Executive at Convergeon. Nisha's early career includes a position as Lead HR Generalist at Genisys Software, where they specialized in strategic HR planning and performance management. Nisha is pursuing a B.E. in Computer Science and previously studied Physics at Lions School.
