Norbert Degen

Norbert Degen is currently employed at IBM Österreich, where they serve in various roles, including Client Manager in the Global Business Partner Organisation and Deputy Chairman of the Works Council. Degen has held positions such as Service Manager in IBM's GTS IS Client Management and has been a member of the Works Council since 2013. They are also an experienced lay judge at the Vienna Labor and Social Court since 2017 and have been involved in the GPA-djp union as a deputy chairperson and committee member. Degen has previously participated in the AK election candidacy for FSG in both 2014 and 2019. They completed their education at Handelsakademie der Wiener Kaufmannschaft, earning a HAK Matura degree.
