Orla Collins

Orla Collins is the Program Director of Security at IBM, where they manage and lead the BigFix Server Automation QA Team. Since joining IBM in 2011, they have undertaken various roles, including Incident and Escalation Manager and responsibilities in Cloud Delivery Services for Watson IoT. As a Technical Quality Champion, Orla has worked to identify and address quality issues, mentor teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality products. They earned a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus, in 2005.
