Pappen

Pappen possesses extensive experience in the IT sector, notably serving as a Client Partner at IBM from April 2017 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a five-year engagement focusing on global delivery and client success in various areas such as Application Maintenance and Cloud Enablement. Pappen also held the position of Global Delivery Partner for Johnson & Johnson, managing a portfolio with over 600 IT resources and annual revenue of approximately $55 million. Additionally, Pappen was a Partner & Industry Leader in Healthcare & Life Sciences, overseeing a $300 million Cloud Application Services portfolio with a team of over 3,500 resources across more than 29 clients. Earlier career experience includes a role as District Manager in the System Engineering Group at AT&T from 1993 to 2000. Pappen attended Stevens Institute of Technology from January 1992 to January 1993.
