Patsy Van Hove

Patsy Van Hove is a Strategic Location Consultant at IBM Consulting - PLI, with over 25 years of corporate location expertise. They have been involved in more than 100 strategic location and supply chain optimization projects, assisting corporate clients and economic development agencies globally. Previously, Patsy held roles as a Global Location Consultant at PwC Consulting and as a Senior Manager and Global Leader at IBM. Patsy earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and has multiple degrees in Communication Sciences, Political, Social & Communication Sciences, and EU Institutional Relations. They are also a full member of the Site Selectors Guild.
