Paul Rydberg

Paul Rydberg is a seasoned Project Manager currently overseeing projects at SXiQ for Bupa. Previously, Paul managed various roles at Westpac from 1990 to 2000, including Manager and Bank Manager, where they supported desktop/server issues and integrated banking functions. At IBM, from 2000 to now, Paul has led over 160 IT infrastructure projects, managing teams and ensuring project delivery aligns with scope, budget, and schedule. Paul’s extensive experience includes roles in project management for defense infrastructure and integration projects with significant responsibility for risk management and stakeholder communication.
