Paula Springstead is a Director of IBM Sustainability Software Asset Management Support, where they currently leverage over 20 years of management experience within IBM Software Group. Previously, Paula served as Program Director for IoT Asset Management Support and as Manager for Tivoli L2 Support. They began their career as an Audit Program Coordinator at UCC from 1982 to 1993. Paula holds degrees in Business Administration from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill and Post University.
