Peal Dip

Peal Dip has held various operational and leadership roles across multiple organizations. Experience includes serving as City Operations Lead for NextGen at CommonBond.co and Operations Coordinator at Success Academy Charter Schools. Peal has also contributed as a Mentor for the Young Leaders Access Program at MCW Global and worked on business transformation projects at IBM. Previous roles encompass Workshop Leader and NYC Workshop Coordinator at NextGenVest, as well as multiple positions at Borough of Manhattan Community College, including Peer Mentor and Senator & Chair of Technology in the Student Government Association. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management (Operations) from the Zicklin School of Business and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Borough of Manhattan Community College.
