Pete Cole

Pete Cole is currently the Alliances Partner Director at IBM, where they manage the partner ecosystem and focus on enhancing strategic alliances and channel strategies following IBM's acquisition of Software AG's assets. Previously, Pete held the role of Alliances Partner Director at Software AG from 2021 to 2024, enabling partners to drive digital innovation. They also served as Partner Account Manager at Fujitsu from 2012 to 2019, managing business relationships with large partners and deepening strategic accounts. Earlier in their career, Pete worked as a Sales Operations Executive at Fujitsu Technology Solutions and held various positions at TIBCO, including UK&I Partner Go to Market Manager. Pete earned a Second-class honours degree from Loughborough University in 2012.
