Peter Hofstee is an experienced professional in the field of theoretical physics and systems research, currently serving as an RSM for Hybrid and Workload-Optimized Systems at IBM since July 2010. Previously, Peter was a Research Staff Member at the IBM Austin Research Lab from 1996 to 2001 and held roles as a graduate student and faculty member at the California Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1996. Peter Hofstee earned a Doctorandus degree in Theoretical Physics from the University of Groningen between 1980 and 1986.
