Peter Pallar

Peter Pallar has a diverse background in event coordination and IT service management. Beginning as an Event Coordinator in freelance roles from January 2015 to September 2018, Peter successfully planned and executed various events, ensuring client satisfaction through diligent logistics management. Transitioning to Wipro in 2019, Peter held multiple leadership roles, including Major Incident Manager and ITIL Lead, overseeing global IT service operations for clients like ABB. Peter continued to advance in the IT sector with positions at Atos and IBM, where responsibilities included leading incident and problem management operations and driving IT service delivery for large organizations. Most recently, as Account Delivery Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Peter managed IT operations for Reliance Retail, directing a team of over 150 engineers. Peter holds a Bachelor of Mass Media in Journalism from Bhaskar Waman Thakur College of Science.
