Phil Downey

Phil Downey combines expertise in science, cloud, and artificial intelligence to build a better future. With a robust background in product management and strategy, they have held various leadership roles at IBM, including Technical Product Manager for the IBM Research Open Accelerated Discovery Project and WW Program Director for InfoSphere Data Warehousing and Streams and DB2 Warehousing Solutions. Additionally, Phil served as Director of Product Management at Fujitsu Australia Software Technology, focusing on Fujitsu Enterprise ProgreSQL. Phil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Computing Science from Macquarie University.
