Phil Silver

Phil Silver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aerospace, defense, and intelligent transportation systems. Currently serving as a Captain in the U.S. Navy, Phil has over 25 years of military experience, including command of two 100-person Naval Coastal Warfare units. Phil holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and has held various leadership roles, including Director at Boeing and Senior Director at Conduent. Additionally, Phil has contributed to innovative business strategies and has served on the Board of Directors for the Intelligent Transportation Society of America.
