Prasanth M

Prasanth M has significant experience in SharePoint administration, having held positions in multiple prominent companies. At Mott MacDonald from November 2021 to March 2022, Prasanth M ensured the 24x7 availability of internal projects while providing Level 2 support and working with SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 applications. Currently, since April 2022, at IBM, Prasanth M is responsible for the installation and configuration of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2013 farms and service applications through PowerShell, while also providing technical assistance to team members. Prior to IBM, from July 2019 to October 2021, at DXC Technology, Prasanth M managed around 100 SharePoint systems across 14 farms, built sandbox environments for internal testing, and adhered to ITIL processes during incident and change management phases.
