Prashanth Ramakrishna

Prashanth Ramakrishna is a graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University, focusing on computer security with a keen interest in cryptography and its role in supporting democracy. They have experience as a Cryptography Researcher at IBM, where they are involved in designing implementations for decentralized digital identity platforms and post-quantum cryptographic schemes. Previously, Prashanth contributed to research at NYU and the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, exploring topics ranging from game theory to neuronal dynamics. Additionally, they spent a year as a Millennium Fellow in San Francisco, where they worked on innovative educational programs.
