Priscilla Guzman

Priscilla Guzman is a Global OT/IoT/IT Senior Manager and RPA Innovation Leader at IBM Cybersecurity Services, where they oversee managed cybersecurity services and lead RPA technology projects. They previously served as an Information Security Manager at IBM, managing a team of approximately 30 cybersecurity engineers while specializing in SIEM platforms like QRadar. Before that, Priscilla held various roles at Intel Corporation, HP, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, including project management and technical engineering positions. They obtained a degree in Professional Networking Technician with certifications in CCNA, CCNP, and Network Security from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
