Radu Borcea is a Journalism and Communication professional with 20 years of experience in communication, project management, marketing, and leadership across various industries. Radu's career began at the age of 17 with the publication of their first article in an automotive magazine, leading to roles in editorial teams for notable Romanian publications. Radu has since specialized in event planning, employer branding, and DEI management, currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Volunteer for Open Minds and in several roles at IBM, including Community Engagement Leader and DEI Strategist. Radu is passionate about storytelling, community engagement, and creating inclusive environments that foster innovation and growth.
