Rafael Leano

Rafael Leano is a skilled software architect currently engaged at IBM, focusing on GenAI, NLP, and data science. With a strong background in research and development, they have held positions such as Graduate Research Assistant at Oregon State University and International Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, concentrating on machine learning and software engineering for ultra-large systems. Previously, Rafael contributed to significant projects at the Colombian Financial Superintendence, INRIA, and Universidad de Los Andes, where they specialized in automation processes and software design.
