Rameswar Panda

Rameswar Panda is a distinguished engineer at IBM Research (MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab), where they focus on learning with limited supervision and dynamic computation for various computer vision and machine learning problems. Previously, Panda held roles as a research scientist at the MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab and as a research intern at both Siemens Corporate Research and Adobe, where they developed advanced frameworks for visual anomaly detection and emotional analysis. They completed a Ph.D. in Computer Vision from the University of California, Riverside, following a master's degree in Computer Engineering from Jadavpur University and a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology.
