Randall Schmidt

Randall (Randy) Schmidt is an Engineering Manager specializing in microprocessor and quantum electronics development at IBM, where they have managed large VLSI engineering teams and led advanced projects since 2011. With a background in electrical engineering and business, Randy holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Previously, Randy established international medical equipment sales at DAIKEN MEDICAL CO.,LTD and held various managerial roles in engineering and program management at IBM over the years. They also have experience leading nonprofit initiatives in the USA and India, focusing on financial compliance and cultural competence.
