Rawane Sadek

Rawane Sadek has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, with a focus on network engineering. As a Network Support Engineer at Microsoft through Concentrix from November 2021 to June 2023, Rawane provided support for various enterprise network technologies, including Distributed File System Namespace, SMB and File Sharing, and network performance. Prior experience includes roles in Customer Service at Credit Agricole Egypt and as a Data Entry Clerk at Dragon Marketing. Currently, Rawane is a Technical Support Professional at IBM since May 2023.
