Rhea Charles is a dedicated leader and advocate within various organizations, currently serving as President of The Sapna Project, where responsibilities include overseeing cultural discussions and large-scale events while reinstating the 2023 Sapna Zine project. Previous roles include Youth Voices Lead Workshop Facilitator for Art and Resistance Through Education, Microsoft Tech Resilience Program Participant, and Co-President of Robogals North America, where Rhea developed curricula and promoted STEM education for young girls. Additional experience includes research leadership at Dear Asian Youth, Quality Assurance Intern at Candid, and roles at IBM. Rhea is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Columbia University, following a high school diploma from Webb School of Knoxville.
