Richard Klima

Richard Klima is a data scientist and Python developer with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Liverpool, where they researched Multi-Agent Learning for Security and Sustainability. They have served as a Senior Data Scientist at IBM since 2023, focusing on the design and development of GenAI applications and prediction models. Previously, Klima held roles as an AI Research Developer at Ataccama, where they led a team and managed ML features, and as a Visiting Research Scientist at Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica, working on robust temporal difference learning.
