Rick Chen

Rick Chen is a seasoned Java tech lead with a diverse background in software development and team leadership. They began their career as a Senior Java Developer at ShangHai Bnslink Software Inc. from 2004 to 2006, before continuing in similar roles at Citicorp Software and Technology Services Limited from 2006 to 2008. Currently, Rick serves as a Technical Lead at IBM since 2015 and holds dual roles as Team Leader and Software Development Manager at Avnet, a position they have maintained since 2008. Rick earned a BS in electronics and information systems from Shandong University from 1997 to 2001.
