Rick Goldberg

Rick Goldberg is a design, technology, and innovation leader with over 20 years of experience in transforming organizations with a focus on human-centered solutions. Currently a Guest Lecturer at York University, Rick trains students on Design Thinking and Lean Methodologies. Previously, they held various roles at IBM, including Principal Manager and Global Design Program Director, where they significantly increased design revenue impact and established a large design organization within the sales sector. Rick also served as a Systems Administrator at John P. Robarts Research Institute and was a football official for the Toronto Football Officials Association for several years. They hold an M.Sc. in Computer Science from York University.
