Rick LaRose is a Senior User Experience Researcher at IBM, where they have worked since 2019. Previously, they served as the Design Research Lead for the IBM Blockchain Platform from 2017 to 2019, and have held various roles in user experience and facilitation. Rick also completed a nonprofit fellowship as a Business & User Researcher, which involved collaborating with academic teams to develop digital tools for nonprofits. Currently, Rick is pursuing education at multiple institutions, including Campbell University and North Carolina State University.
