Rick Weaver

Rick Weaver is a Principal Client Engineering Manager at IBM, where they lead the National Market Above Region Specialty team, focusing on the acceleration of IBM Cloud solutions. With a career that began as a student intern, Rick has developed into a seasoned leader, managing teams of over 80 people and handling a P&L exceeding $12M per year. They have successfully engaged with clients worldwide, improving IT capabilities in more than 40 countries and are a skilled communicator and keynote speaker. Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has been instrumental in various IBM initiatives, including the development of strategic cloud assets and training programs for thousands of practitioners.
