Robert Straight is currently the Patent Enforcement Counsel at IBM, leading the company's Patent Enforcement Organization. Previously, they have held various roles in patent litigation and intellectual property counseling at firms such as Kenyon & Kenyon and Alston & Bird LLP. Prior to their legal career, Robert served as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy from 1991 to 1998, where they specialized in undersea warfare and maritime operations. Robert is pursuing a JD degree at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering at West Virginia University.
