Robyn Johnson is a Design Program Director at IBM, leading a global team of 50 UX designers and researchers to create user-centered solutions for complex enterprise software. With a decade of experience in UX design and design leadership, Robyn has built empowered teams and scalable systems that deliver meaningful outcomes for users and businesses. Previously, Robyn served as an instructor at Carnegie Mellon University and undertook an interaction design internship at Trove. Robyn holds a Master of Design in Communication Planning and Information Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
