Rodi Düger is a Software Engineer and Master’s student at IBM, currently focusing on advanced projects in reinforcement learning and AI research. Rodi held the position of Undergraduate Research Assistant at FZI Forschungszentrum Informatik from 2022 to 2024, where they explored model-based and unsupervised reinforcement learning methods. They also served as a Working Student in the AI R&D Team at Precitec in 2024 and contributed as a Research Assistant at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology from 2024 to 2025. Rodi earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from KIT in 2023 and completed their secondary education at Istanbul Erkek Lisesi in 2020.
