Rohini Sinha, SHRM-CP, is currently an HR Strategic Business Unit Partner at IBM, where they support talent management processes through effective collaborations and tailored solutions. Previously, at AST LLC, they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager, leading initiatives related to performance management, employee relations, and engagement programs, which significantly improved retention and satisfaction rates. Rohini began their career as a Management Trainee at Sree Pre Coated Steel in India, where they focused on market strategies and employee career management. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and an Associate of General Studies with a Human Resources Management Certification from Joliet Junior College.
