Ron Sanchez

Ron Sanchez has extensive experience in recruitment, particularly in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Nurse Recruiter at Providence Health and Services since October 2007, Ron focuses on recruiting Behavioral Health caregivers for Little Company of Mary San Pedro, along with ICU and ED nurses for six acute care facilities in Southern California. In addition, Ron has held roles as a Talent Advisor at IBM since February 2020, and previously worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Southern California Edison and MGM Studios. From August 2003 to September 2007, Ron was the Recruitment Manager at Lakewood Regional Medical Center, overseeing the recruitment and retention of clinical and ancillary staff.
