Ronny Tänzer

Ronny Tänzer is a seasoned Business Architect with a strong background in the insurance sector. They served as a Business Analyst and later as the Head of Program Management Office at UNIQA insurance from 2016 to 2018, focusing on business and IT transformation initiatives. Previously, between 2014 and 2016, Ronny was involved in establishing standardized business requirement management processes at UNIQA International AG. They began their career at AXA Insurance Austria and have maintained a continuous role in the industry, currently working at IBM since 2020. Ronny holds a degree in insurance and sales administration from the School for Insurance and Bank Berlin.
