Ross Grady has been with IBM since March 1998, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Developer Tooling within the CIO Developer Experience, managing tools for 65,000 software developers. Previous roles at IBM include Engineering Manager for Toolbox@IBM, focusing on providing productivity tools, and multiple positions within the Extreme Blue incubator, including RTP Lab Manager and Systems Architect, where Ross oversaw projects utilizing top technical interns.
