Roxane Kaempf is the Managing Director at the IBM Client Innovation Center in Belgium, bringing a wealth of expertise in marketing and business development, particularly within the realms of sustainable tourism and change management. Having studied Business Administration, Roxane's career includes various roles at IBM, where they have excelled as a Managing Consultant and Sustainability Lead. Roxane co-founded GreenHopping, a start-up focused on sustainable tourism, and contributed to WeForest as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator. With a multicultural background and fluency in four languages, Roxane is also an active mentor in the start-up community through BECI - Brussels Enterprises Commerce and Industry.
