Roy's past positions also include CEO at Grundfos Indonesia and General Manager at Conitex Sonoco USA, showcasing expertise in operational management and business development across multiple industries. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Management and Administration Academy of Indonesia and have pursued additional certifications in strategic planning and financial management.
