Roy Wagemans

Roy Wagemans has extensive experience in various leadership and technical roles across multiple industries, including defense, technology, and automotive. Early in the career, Wagemans served as an Operator at Cammaert BV and a Sergeant in the Netherlands Army. Transitioning to the corporate sector, significant positions include Delivery Director at Dell, Project Manager at Nissan Europe, and Country Manager at Perot Systems Nederland B.V. Currently, Wagemans works as an Associate Partner in AI and Advanced Analytics for Defense & Intelligence at IBM. Additional roles include Founder and Director at 4CloudSecurity and Senior Manager at IFS. Wagemans also contributed as a Board Member to NIDV and has held various project management positions involving major programs such as the Boeing JSF and Lockheed Martin JSF. An education from the University of Henley has further supported professional development.
