Ruby Garg

Ruby Garg is a self-driven and analytically focused Human Resource professional with diversified knowledge and experience in Compensation and Benefits policies across the APAC and EMEA regions. Ruby has held various roles, including Associate at Mercer and Client Compensation Partner at IBM, where they currently work. Previously, Ruby served as Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits at HCL Technologies and Senior Lead at Infosys, along with roles at Incedo Inc. and Penguin Books India. Ruby earned a PGDM in HR from the Institute for Management Development and Research and a B.A. in Psychology from Panjab University.
