Runze Fan

Runze (Troy) Fan is a Diversity & Inclusion Lead at IBM, a position held since 2017. They previously worked as a Workforce Management Consultant, Learning Consultant, Workforce Analyst, and HR Intern at IBM, contributing to various projects focused on employee learning and workforce restructuring. Additionally, Runze interned at Nestlé, where they enhanced campus recruitment efforts. Runze earned a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, graduating with a GPA of 3.90.
