Rushang Jani

Rushang Jani is a seasoned software testing professional with extensive experience in leading roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Lead Software Test Engineer at IBM since August 2020, Rushang collaborates with clients, including NHS and financial institutions, to define project scopes, develop proposals, and ensure project quality and compliance. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at NatWest Group, where involvement focused on an end-to-end Accounts Payable solution, and positions as Automation Test Analyst and Lead Automation Engineer at SmartFocus and FCO Services.gov.uk, respectively. Rushang's foundational expertise in automation testing was further developed at EDF Energy and Canon, Inc., alongside early experience as an Automation Engineer at the Education & Skills Funding Agency. Academically, Rushang holds an MBA in Information Technology from Schiller International University.
