Ruwei (Randy) Hu is an Advisory Software Engineer and Lab Advocate at IBM, where they serve as the architect and tech lead for the IBM Master Data Management on Cloud. Previously, Ruwei specialized in kernel and server development for Initiate Master Data Service at Initiate Systems, Inc., and led projects at Trilogy Software, Coremetrics, and Journee Software. Additionally, Ruwei interned at Microsoft, contributing to enhancements for Microsoft Office 2000. Ruwei holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Technology at Tsinghua University.
