Sam McLear is an Advisory AI & MLOps Technical Specialist for Enterprise Accounts at IBM UKI, with over 7 years of IT experience. In their current role, they excel at managing client stakeholders and demonstrating IBM's technology portfolio to meet customer needs. Prior to this, Sam spent 5 years in IBM Security Services, where they worked as a Cloud Security Architect and implemented security solutions across multiple public cloud platforms. Sam holds a First Class Honours BSc in Chemistry from Newcastle University and combines their scientific background with a commitment to environmental education and conservation initiatives.
