Samer Fallouh is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital product design and engineering. Currently serving as IBM Distinguished Engineer and Americas CTO for Digital Product Design & Engineering since May 2025, Samer has also founded Dallas DogRRR in 2013. Prior to IBM, a notable tenure at Dialexa, an IBM Company, spanned from March 2012 to August 2025, where Samer held multiple leadership roles including Senior Partner and Chief Delivery Officer. Key contributions include co-founding LISA and leading engineering efforts at Vinli Inc. and Saagara, as well as a foundational role at the University of Detroit Mercy as a Research Assistant. An academic background includes an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy and a BS in Computer Science & Engineering from Damascus University.
