Sandhya Carroll

Sandhya Carroll is a technology leader with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as the Director of TLS Premium Services & Ecosystems at IBM. They previously held roles as Senior Technology Director at Syniverse and Senior Vice President at Citi, where they were instrumental in building Citi's Private Cloud Platform. Sandhya also worked at Dell Technologies as a Senior Consultant and has held positions at Oracle Corporation, Tata Consultancy Services, and Verizon Data Services. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
