Sandhya R has over a decade of experience in the field of programming and data interchange, starting with a role as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant from February 2013 to December 2015, where responsibilities included development, change management, requirement gathering, and analysis. Since February 2016, Sandhya has been serving as a Lead in Electronic Data Interchange at IBM. Sandhya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College (2008-2012) and completed Higher Secondary education at Hilton Matric Higher Secondary School (1996-2008).
