Sandip Patel is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at IBM India Private Limited and Global Managing Director for the Insurance Industry, Sandip has held various leadership roles at IBM since October 2002, including General Manager for Global Insurance and Global Industry Leader for Insurance, Healthcare, and Life Sciences. Prior to joining IBM, Sandip was President of Aetna International from January 2010 to September 2013 and had a significant tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC and Coopers & Lybrand LLC as a Partner. Sandip holds an MBA/MS in Information Management and Operations from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, an Associate Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Management from St. Xavier's College.
