Sara Link is currently the Global Head of Employee Impact at IBM, focusing on strategic corporate philanthropy. Previously, they served as Director of Societal Impact at Verizon and President of the AOL Foundation, where they established a 501(c)(3) private foundation dedicated to enhancing the lives of women, girls, and underserved youth. Their career also includes leadership roles in corporate social responsibility at Verizon Media and as a co-founder of Little West Group. With a background in global leadership development at Goldman Sachs, Sara holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland. They are also actively involved as a board member of Step Up and as a mentor for the 92nd Street Y’s Women inPower Fellowship.
