Scott Meier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and financial management across both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Services at IBM, Scott provides strategic leadership in business intelligence and data warehousing for federal government initiatives. Previously, Scott held various senior-level positions at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, including Director of Data Analytics Service, where expertise in finance, healthcare, and operational transformation led to numerous national awards. Scott’s diverse background also includes managing a significant operating budget with the Veterans Benefits Administration and leading compliance and safety operations within the nuclear sector at the University of Missouri Research Reactor. An MBA graduate from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Scott holds additional degrees in Public Management and Nuclear Technology, as well as a culinary certificate from Seattle Central College.
