Sergey Rylov

Sergey Rylov is a Research Staff Member at IBM, specializing in the design of mixed-signal CMOS circuits for multi-Gigabit serial links, with a focus on high-precision clock interpolators. They earned a Ph.D. in Physics from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1987. Previously, Sergey worked as a Science and Engineering Fellow at HYPRES from 1991 to 1998, where they led design teams and developed advanced superconducting ICs. Earlier in their career, they served as a Junior Scientist at Moscow State University from 1984 to 1991, conducting research on superconducting Josephson Junction circuits.
