Sergey Zeltyn

Sergey Zeltyn is a Data Scientist at IBM Research in Haifa, Israel, with extensive experience in data analysis and a strong scientific background in Machine Learning, Operations Research, and Applied Mathematics. They worked at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology as a Lecturer, Research Scientist, and Research Assistant from 1998 to 2006. Since 2006, Sergey has contributed as a Research Staff Member at IBM, leading data analysis projects across various domains, including Internet-of-Things, telecommunications, and healthcare systems. They hold a Ph.D. and an M.Sc. in Statistics from the Technion, as well as a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from the Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics.
